Anthem: Fire & Water is a six-minute work for antiphonal choirs, harp, organ, and strings. Written in a contemporary tonal style, this accessible piece is a setting of Isaiah 43:1-2. It combines two translations, the NRSVA and the Latin Vulgate, in an antiphonal manner.

Anthem: Fire & Water was commissioned by a chapter of the United Methodist Church marking the chapter's 125th anniversary and commemorating its perseverance through both a fire and flood.

Saxomaphone! is a nine-minute "rendezvous" for saxophone quartet. Combining classical and popular idioms, this accessible work charms audiences with three short movements.

"Funky Foray" features a highly-syncopated funk-based melody that occasionally delves into meters of 5 and 7. "Gentle Gesture" is a quiet meditation employing Impressionist harmonies. And "Harmonious Happenstance" is an eclectic rondo that moves freely between a pompous fanfare, a jazz waltz, and a squeaky four-part fugue.

This edition is an 8.5" x 11" conductor/study score. Parts are available as a free digital download or from the publisher on request.

Incidental Music for Proof (Score)

Incidental Music for Proof was commissioned for a production of David Auburn's Pulitzer Prize-winning play. This atmospheric score enhances the play's theme of the struggle between mathematical genius and mental illness.

Musical themes are present for all four of characters, as well as a prologue and interlude, scene change music, and underscore for the play's most dramatic moments. Portions of score can also be played as a suite in a concert setting.

This edition is an 8.5" x 11" full score arranged for violin, viola, cello and piano. It's coil-bound for easy page turning during performance. Individual string parts are available from the publisher or as a free digital download.

Three Rocky Mountain Miniatures is a setting of three charming short poems by Wyoming author Janell Hanson. The poems portray aspects of rural ranch life in both humorous and serious treatments. The three movements are entitled "Entering a Wyoming Ranch," "Forty Below," and "Conversation with a Rancher."

This edition is an 8.5" x 11" score arranged for baritone voice and piano. Vocal range: F#2—E4. Approximate duration: 4 minutes.
